# Zoom sessions

> Guests book a live Zoom call; your avatar joins the meeting before it starts.

Turn on Zoom sessions for an agent and guests can book a live Zoom call with it. bitHuman creates the meeting, emails the guest an invite, and the avatar joins 10 minutes before the start.

## Before you start

- An agent you own.
- The Creator plan or higher, and enough credits for the sessions you take.

## Turn it on

1. Open the agent in the Console and go to **Share > Zoom sessions**.
2. Switch on **Take bookings**.
3. Set your time zone, the hours you take sessions each day, and the session lengths you offer (15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes).
4. Set a daily limit and an optional gap between sessions, then select **Save**.

## Share your booking link

- **Public agent:** share `https://www.bithuman.ai/book/$AGENT_CODE`. A public agent's page also shows **Book a live session**.
- **Private agent:** select **Make a secret link** and copy it. Only people with that link can book. Making a new link stops the old one.
- **Your website:** add the booking button with one line:

For a private agent, add `data-link="<your secret link token>"`. The button opens the booking page in a popup.

## What a session costs

| Item | Rule |
|---|---|
| Price | 10 credits a minute, charged to you when the guest books |
| Guest cancels more than 60 minutes before the start | Full refund to you |
| Guest cancels 60 minutes or less before the start, or does not show | No refund |
| The avatar never joins the meeting | Full refund to you, automatically |

The guest pays nothing and needs no bitHuman account.

## During the session

The meeting runs on bitHuman's Zoom account. The avatar is the meeting host, listens to the room and answers in its own voice and video. Zoom shows a recording notice while the avatar is in the meeting, because the avatar listens to the meeting audio to answer. The session ends 2 minutes after its booked end time.

## Manage sessions

**Share > Zoom sessions** lists your upcoming sessions. Select **Cancel** on a session; the panel shows whether the cancel refunds before you confirm it. Guests cancel from the link in their confirmation.
